Founder of Sow to Speak

Kristy Mandour is an Executive Presence and Leadership Voice Advisor and the founder of Sow to Speak. For more than 15 years, she has worked with directors, senior leaders, and growth-oriented founders as they step into larger rooms and greater visibility. Her work centers on strengthening executive presence and helping leaders trust their voice in moments that shape perception, direction, and results.

Known for her grounded, practical approach, Kristy blends communication strategy, performance training, and emotional intelligence to create lasting shifts in how leaders show up. She is the creator of the Personification Posse™ method, a framework that helps leaders recognize and redirect the internal patterns shaping their communication. Incorporating the Personification Posse™ into their leadership, clients consistently report clearer decision-making, more confident leadership presence, and stronger alignment across their teams.

Kristy holds a degree from Ithaca College’s School of Communications, completed graduate studies at Emerson College in Boston, MA, and trained at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting and The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City.

She delivers keynotes and workshops for corporations, nonprofits, and academic institutions, hosts The Sow to Speak Podcast, and is currently writing her first book on communication and executive presence.
